At Fahan School we believe in broadening the horizons of our Year 11 and 12 students by providing them with an extensive range of subject choices through our cooperating schools agreement.
In conjunction with the Hutchins School, we offer our Year 11 and 12 students the opportunity to select from over 50 specialty subjects for their pre-tertiary studies. If a subject is not offered on the Fahan School campus it will be offered at The Hutchins School campus. Fahan girls can be assured that there will be an option to study in their area of interest.
We operate a bus service that runs all day for students who need to travel to and from different campuses for their subjects. This ensures that they always arrive where they need to be safely and on time.
The co-educational experience, prior to commencing tertiary study or the world of work, is beneficial to students. It gives them exposure to working with students from outside their normal school group, replicating on a small scale the reality of study and work outside of school life. It provides students with the chance to form friendships with people outside of Fahan walls at the same time as maintaining the close friendships they have formed during their time at Fahan.
