House spirit, teamwork and plenty of energy were on display as our Senior School students came together for Winter Sports Day on the final day of Term 2.
Representing Fenton, Franklin and Freycinet, students competed for valuable House points across a wide variety of sports and activities, enjoying a day of friendly competition while supporting and encouraging one another.
One of the day's highlights was the annual Staff v Students lunchtime soccer match. After a closely contested game, the students secured a hard-fought 3–2 victory – their first win over the staff in several years.
The day concluded with the traditional House tug of war, before staff took on Year 12 in a final contest to round out the event, with the staff taking the honours.
Winter Sports Day is a much-anticipated event on the Senior School calendar, bringing students together to celebrate teamwork, House pride and participation as the School community heads into the term break.
