Celebrating Creativity: TCE Art Exhibition in Long View

21 November 2025

On Thursday, 20 November, the Fahan Community came together in Long View to celebrate the creativity, dedication and talent of our Years 11 and 12 Art Studio Practice and Visual Art students. This year marked the first time the TCE Exhibition has been held in our new building, and the spaces were transformed into a vibrant showcase of colour, texture and storytelling. Family, friends, teachers and past staff gathered to support our students and admire the culmination of their year-long artistic journeys.

Throughout the year, our Year 12 TCE students from Visual Art 3 and Art Studio Practice have worked with persistence and imagination to develop their final bodies of work. The exhibition reflected this effort, featuring an inspiring array of media including drawing, collage, printmaking, acrylic sculpture, embroidery, textile design, painting, embossing, photography, videography and film. Each piece captured ideas and themes uniquely meaningful to the individual student, offering a rich and personal insight into their creative process.

We extend our warm congratulations to all exhibiting students, whose work stood as a testament to their commitment and artistic growth. A special acknowledgement goes to Nina McLean and Hutchins student Freddie Smith for their invitation to exhibit in ArtRage, a wonderful recognition of their talent.

Our sincere thanks to Ms Alex Pitt and Mrs Kate Camm for their guidance, expertise and care in bringing this exhibition to life, and to the families, teachers and past staff who joined us in celebrating the achievements of our senior artists.
