Congratulations to Eleanor de Wit, Ruby Smith, Willow Jones, Lucy Stewart and Lilie Von Savagerie, who represented Fahan School in the Inter Schools Horse One Day Event held at the Huntingfield Riding and Pony Club.
The team delivered an impressive set of results. Ruby Smith and Eleanor de Wit placed third and fourth respectively in their individual dressage rings. Ruby, riding as part of the Fahan/Tarremah combined team, won first place in the Casa Real High Schools Trophy. The Fahan team also achieved fourth place in the Kensington Motors Trophy for best overall dressage scores, with Eleanor’s team placing sixth. In addition, the Fahan/Tarremah combined team was awarded overall High School and College Champion for achieving the lowest penalty points on the day.
Thank you to Mrs Virginie Von Savagerie for coordinating the team and to Sarah Jones for managing on the day. We commend all students involved for their dedication, skill and sportsmanship. Fantastic results, well done.
