Kindergarten to Year 2 Cross Country

The House Cross Country was a true celebration of Fahan spirit, bringing together every student from Kindergarten to Year 12 for the first time in a whole-school event. Our youngest students from Kinder to Year 2 ran laps around the Sandown ovals alongside their Senior School buddies, while students in Years 3 to 12 took on the beach-to-park course with determination and braved the elements. There was plenty of cheering, encouragement and house spirit at every turn.

We also welcomed back former students for our inaugural 90th Anniversary Alumni Race—marking this milestone year in true Fahan style.

Thank you to the House Chairs, Mrs Jo Banks-Smith, Mrs Katy Stewart, Mrs Peta-Jane Buchanan, and all the staff and students who brought the day to life. It’s always a special event on the calendar, especially for our Year 12s who crossed the finish line in their final cross country.
