Our Fahan rowers showcased incredible determination and skill at the Australian National Championships.

Year 12 student Matilda Cocker had a standout regatta, representing Fahan, Tasmania University, and Tasmania. She brought home a Gold Medal in the Under 21 Women's Quadruple Scull, placed 8th in the Under 19 Women's Single Scull A Final, finished a close 4th (just 0.63 seconds off bronze) in the Under 19 Women's Double Scull, won a Bronze Medal for Fahan in the Schoolgirl's Single Scull, and finished 6th representing Tasmania in the Interstate Women's Youth Eight.

The Fahan crew of Poppy Leditschke, Nell Terry, Emily Mazengarb, Penny Geappen, Issy Willcox, Georgie Parnham, Estella Manson, Zara Bury, Kate Edwards and cox Zoe Pitt also performed strongly across multiple events. Highlights included 1st place in the C Final of the Schoolgirl's Coxed Four, competitive racing in the Under 19 Women's Coxed Eight, and a strong showing in the Schoolgirl's Coxed Eight Sprint. Congratulations to all our rowers!
